Express shipping to rural routes and remote areas typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.


TAX POLICIES

Taxes are based on the state and postal code to which the order is shipped, and all applicable taxes will be added to the order total at checkout.

We use ESTEFETA for the delivery of our orders. You can track the package on the courier's website, www.estafeta.com, or call 01800 – estafeta (3782338) using the tracking number we will share with you via email, or in your account if you registered online.

Shipping times are calculated from the day you place your order. We suggest checking the delivery address carefully before you complete the purchase, because it will not be possible to modify this information or any other detail of your order after payment.


Order are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday), during hours of business, excluding local and national holidays. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at slightly different times. There are no additional fees for multiple shipments.


Orders placed on this website can only be delivered to the United States. Please note the courier does not ship to P.O. boxes or poste restante addresses. Any additional locations where the courier does not deliver will be clearly stated at checkout.

FAQ

You can check the status of your order at any time from the "Track your order" page, or directly in your account, inside the Orders section. Click on the tracking number to see the details. You will also receive the tracking number by email, once your order has been shipped.

If your order is taking longer to arrive than the timing specified when you placed the order, kindly contact Client Service: if the delay is confirmed, once the order is delivered we will refund any shipping fees you paid at checkout.

If the order status is "delivered", but you didn't receive it at the shipping address provided at checkout, please contact our Client Service as soon as possible.

If at delivery the package and/or items appear damaged, or if some items are missing, we invite you to keep the box and all documents it contains, and to contact our Client Service as soon as possible. The courier may request to inspect the box, therefore it is very important to not throw it away. Once the investigation with the courier has been closed, we will contact you to find the best possible solution.
