We are happy to help you place your order by phone, or assist you with any questions you may have during the purchase: call us at the number you find in the 'Contact Us' section.

You can check the status of your order at any time from the "Track your order" page, or directly in your account, inside the Orders section. Click on the tracking number to see the details. You will also receive the tracking number by email, once your order has been shipped.

You can check the status of your return from the "Track your order" page. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase, and you will be able to see all order and return details. If the return is marked as "accepted", this means the refund will be requested shortly, or has already been issued. House of Diesel members can find this information also in the Account section, after login.

To check or adjust this setting, please follow these steps on your Apple device:

Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Hide My Email

If you prefer to keep the 'Hide My Email' feature enabled, you can still retrieve messages sent to your hidden email address. Please ensure your device is running iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or later, then follow the steps below:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. Ensure you're signed in with your Apple ID. You should see your name at the top of the screen. If not, tap "Sign in to your device."
  3. To manage hidden email addresses, you may do the following:
  • In Safari: Open a website, tap an email field, then select Hide My Email above the keyboard to use or generate a random email address.
  • In Mail(iOS 15.2, iPadOS 15.2 or later): Open a new email, tap the From field, then select Hide My Email.
  • In supported third-party apps (iOS 16, iPadOS 16 or later): Tap an email field, then choose Hide My Email above the keyboard.
  • In Settings: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Hide My Email to view and manage all random email addresses created.

Please note that if ‘Hide My Email’ is active, order-related messages will be sent to the private relay address generated by Apple and may not be delivered to your primary inbox unless properly configured.
