Returns and Exchanges

If your purchase from Diesel.com meets all return conditions, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is processed and accepted, you’ll receive a refund for the returned items minus a $10 return shipping fee.

You can choose one of the following return options:

ONLINE RETURNS

Complete the Return Form

  • Select the items you'd like to return using our online Return Form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a return authorization email confirming we’ve received your request.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours to receive your prepaid return label and required return documents from our Customer Service team.

Prepare Your Package

  • Repack the items in their original box, including all accessories and original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached.

Print and Attach Documents

  • You will receive several documents from Customer Service. Print and include all required copies, and affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box.
  • Drop off your return at the nearest FedEx location. Be sure to sign any documents as instructed and hand over all necessary paperwork to FedEx to ensure smooth customs clearance and return delivery to our U.S. warehouse.

Required documents may include:

  • 2 copies of the return invoice
  • 2 copies of the return label
  • Foreign Declaration for Importers (if applicable)
  • Foreign Shipper Declaration (if applicable)
  • Original shipping label or Proof of Delivery
  • Original order invoice

Contact Client Services

  • Call our Client Services team and provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Receive Return Authorization

  • Once the return request is submitted by our team, you’ll receive a return authorization email with shipping instructions.

Prepare and Ship Your Return

  • Follow the same return procedure outlined above under "Online Returns" to package and ship your items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection before a refund is issued.

Refund timing depends on your original payment method and may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please check on the pre-paid return label provided via email, please note upon arrival a $10 fee will be deducted for return processing.

If you are not 100% happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days from delivery.


For your return request to be accepted, please make sure it meets the following conditions:


• The item must be exactly as you received it, with all tags attached and with any dedicated p ackaging or accessories. Swimwear, underwear, sex toys and fragrances and any item marked 'Final Sale' are not able to be returned or exchanged. In addition personalized items are not eligible for return.

• Products belonging to the same order must be returned in the same package. If for any reason you want to return items belonging to the same order at different times, the shipping cost for the second package will be at your expense, and you will need to organize and pay for the return shipment.

• The return must be sent from the same C ountry/region where the order was delivered.

• The return/exchange must be requested within 30 days from the date in which you received the order, or from when you picked it up in store.

• Products must have been purchased online on diesel.com, and not in a Diesel store or from a third-party retailer. If you need assistance with Diesel items purchased offline, we invite you to contact our Client Service or the store where you originally purchased them.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment on the order for online returns.

The return and refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after the return has arrived at our warehouse. Timing for the credit to show in your account will depend on the payment method and on banking procedures.

Faq

We cannot accept items without tags attached, as stated in the Conditions of Sale.

Please note that products need to be returned new, in exactly the same condition you received them – worn, damaged or modified items will not be accepted. We therefore suggest taking every care, when trying your items on, not to damage them or remove any tags. Footwear must be tried on a soft carpeted surface.

You can check the status of your return from the "Track your order" page. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase, and you will be able to see all order and return details. If the return is marked as "accepted", this means the refund will be requested shortly, or has already been issued. House of Diesel members can find this information also in the Account section, after login.

Of course: items purchased on diesel.com can be returned together, even if delivered at different times or belonging to different orders (as long as it's less than 30 days from delivery and that they were all shipped to the same Country/region).

To request your return authorization, fill in the online Return Form for each order or call our Client Service. Then, place all the items you have chosen not to keep in one of the original order boxes. Attach one of the pre-paid courier labels included in the original packages, and proceed with pick-up or drop-off as you would for any other return.
